Overall I had a great experience!

Overall I had a great experience!! I received a lot of helpful assistance via emails, all replies were quick and they helped me with any questions I had. I received follow up assistance with tracking and updates on where my delivery was as well due to unfortunately facing a delay which was out of the business’ control. The customer service was amazing, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. In terms of the suit, it came well packaged and in good condition. There was no problems with anywhere on the suit being damaged and you could tell that it is well made and taken care of prior to being sent out for delivery. The only issue I had was the sizing, though I can deal with it as I won’t be wearing the suit often. I wish they had the thigh measurements on the sizing guide as this is what I struggled with in terms of it fitting. Though after suggesting this prior to my review they understood my feedback and have taken it on to include for all sizing guides. The crotch sits low but as they are unisex sizing this was to be expected and I’m not upset about that. Overall, the experience I had was amazing and I would definitely recommend Pulse Racegear to others if they were looking for a replica suit. Overall I had a great experience!! Friendly support and unexpectedly good quality. It actually feels like a proper suit you would wear in karting. Prints are incredible too like they were sewn in the fabric. Material seems to be of very good…

Material seems to be of very good quality. The custom name, number, flag looks clear and great. Unfortunately I cannot fully get it on as the shoulder width is too small to fit and the inseam is too high up effectively making it very uncomfortable and painful in the lower private areas. I think it looks very cool and good quality but I cannot get it on due to it running very small and I’m a medium and used the the proper measurements which also recommended a medium.
